Delivery

Free delivery on every UK order. We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Delivery time: your order is delivered within 6–10 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Tracking: as soon as your order is on its way, we'll email you a tracking link.

No extra fees: all prices include VAT, so there are no customs or import charges on delivery.

30-day money-back guarantee

We want you to be sure. You can try The Bump Nest for 30 days from the day it's delivered.

If it isn't right for you, email us at hello@mababy.co.uk within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We'll reply with the return address and next steps.

Once your return arrives with us, we'll refund the product price to your original payment method within 14 days. Please return the pillow with all its parts (both wedge halves and the oval cushion), clean and in good condition.

Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you also have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Tell us within those 14 days and send the item back within 14 days after that; we will refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back (or proof that you sent it). Our 30-day money-back guarantee comes on top of this right. It does not replace it.

Return postage

Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong item.

Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please email us with your order number and a photo. We'll replace or refund it, and cover any return postage. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
