30-day returns We want you to love The Bump Nest. If it's not right for you, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the product price.
How to return

Email us at hello@mababy.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your return.

We will reply within 1 working day with the return address and instructions.

Send your item back using a tracked service and keep your proof of postage.
Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.
Condition of returns Please return the pillow clean, in good condition, with all parts and, where possible, in its original packaging.
Return postage Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. In that case we cover the return costs.
Refunds Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund you within 14 days to your original payment method. We will email you to confirm.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, including any postage costs.
Your legal rights This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. It does not affect those rights.
