1. About us This website (mababy.co.uk) is operated by MA BABY. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to MA BABY. You can contact us at hello@mababy.co.uk.
2. Using our website By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on the website when you place your order applies to that order.
3. Products We do our best to show our products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen. Our products are designed for comfort and support. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any medical condition. If you have concerns about your health during pregnancy, please speak to your midwife or doctor.
4. Prices and payment All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT. Delivery within the UK is free. Payment is taken when you place your order. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
5. Your order After you place an order, you will receive an email confirming we have received it. A contract between us is formed when we dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or there is an error in the price or description; if this happens, we will refund you in full.
6. Delivery Orders are delivered within 6–10 working days. Details are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the products passes to you once they have been delivered to you.
7. Cancellations and returns You can cancel your order and return your item within 30 days of delivery. Details are set out in our Refund Policy. This does not affect your statutory rights, including your right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
8. Faulty products If a product is faulty or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us and we will offer a repair, replacement or refund as required by law.
9. Our liability We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
10. Intellectual property All content on this website, including text, images and our logo, belongs to MA BABY and may not be copied or used without our permission.
11. Privacy We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Complaints If you have a complaint, please email us at hello@mababy.co.uk and we will do our best to resolve it quickly.
13. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
