When should I start using a pregnancy pillow?
There is no set week. Many mums start in the second trimester, when the bump starts to grow. The adjustable strap lets the Bump Nest Plus change with you.
How is it different from The Bump Nest?
The Bump Nest has two compact wedges. The Bump Nest Plus has a long curved pillow for your back instead of the back wedge, so you have more to lean into.
How do I use it?
Lie on your side with the long pillow behind your back and slide the rounded wedge under your bump. Adjust the strap, then pop the small cushion under your neck.
Is there still room for my partner?
Yes. It is much smaller than a full-length U-shaped pillow.
Is it a feeding pillow?
No. The Bump Nest Plus is made for sleeping and resting during pregnancy. It is not designed as a feeding pillow.
